When you order from Ae Ri Sakhi, you trust us with a few details about yourself. This page explains what we keep, why we keep it, and the choices you have. In short: we ask only for what we need to get your order to you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you place an order, we keep:
- your name and mobile number
- your delivery address
- what you ordered and what you paid
- the messages you send us about your order
Like most websites, we also note a little about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and how our ads perform, so we can see what works and improve it. This does not tell us who you are. Some of it may use cookies, which you can clear or block in your browser settings.
We never ask for card or bank details. You pay through your own payment app, and we see only that the payment arrived.
How we use it
Your details are used only to:
- confirm your order with you
- pack and deliver it
- send you a receipt, and help if anything goes wrong
- keep the records every business must keep
We don’t use your details for anything else, and we won’t send you marketing messages you haven’t asked for.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell, rent or trade your details, ever. We share them only with the courier who delivers your parcel, and only what they need to do it. We may also share information if the law requires us to.
Details saved on your device
To save you typing it again, this site can remember your details and your cart on the device you use. That copy stays on your device, and you can clear it at any time from Your details.
How long we keep it
We keep your order details for as long as we need them to fulfil and support your order, and afterwards only for as long as the law asks us to keep business records.
Keeping it safe
Your details are kept securely and can be seen only by us. No system is perfect, but we take care to protect what you share with us.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to have them deleted. Message us on WhatsApp from the number you ordered with, and we’ll take care of it.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your details, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
